Thank you for your understanding.) \nJuly 25th:\nScarlet Black \n \nAn award-winning artist\, Scarlet has been working as a hoop performer and instructor for over a decade.  She has taught at festivals\, events and classes through many Toronto companies. Working with people of all ages\,\, Scarlet incorporates dance and play while helping participants acquire new skills.
