Let’s hope he doesn’t fall on them…  Tim Burr!!!  \n\nSock Puppet Workshop – 1-3 pm \n\n \nGive your orphaned socks a new life by turning them into sock puppets with Naomi and Simone.  Put them into a story.  Have them sing\, dance and act.  All ages are welcome so bring an old sock and join in the fun.  Parents must accompany very young children and assist with the sock decorating.

Our 2023 participating restaurants included C’est What?\, Novotel Toronto Centre’s Cafe Nicole\, Playa Cabana\, The Corner Place\, Hot House Restaurant\, and Amano Trattoria. 2024 participating restaurants will be revealed closer to the event date. \nWine from the Somewhereness consortium vineyards in Niagara will be served. \nLive music will provide added ambiance in the beautifully illuminated street nestled between historic buildings and the St. Lawrence Market. DESCRIPTION:Our FREE Fitness Classes in St. James Park on the grassy area behind the Michael Comstock Pavillion include 3 weeks of NIA Dance (July 2nd\, 9th and 16th)\, 3 weeks of Yoga (July 23rd\, 30th and August 6th)\, and 3 weeks of Boot Camp (August 13th 20th and 27th.) All classes are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding. \nNia Dance is a fun form of exercise\, expression and is open to all levels. Come experience it for yourself! Classes will be led by Martha Randall\, @niawithmartha\, martharandall.com. \nYoga includes slow movements and deep breathing. Come get your blood flowing\, stretch and build strength! (Please bring your own yoga mat.\,) Classes will be led by Ciara McKell\, @ciarakathleen_. \nBoot Camp classes include a range of cardio\, strength training\, and speed exercises all in one session. This class is for all abilities. Please feel free to adjust exercises to match your own ability.
