All classes are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding. \nNia Dance is a fun form of exercise\, expression and is open to all levels. Come experience it for yourself! Classes will be led by Martha Randall\, @niawithmartha\, martharandall.com. \nYoga includes slow movements and deep breathing. Come get your blood flowing\, stretch and build strength! (Please bring your own yoga mat.\,) Classes will be led by Ciara McKell\, @ciarakathleen_. \nBoot Camp classes include a range of cardio\, strength training\, and speed exercises all in one session. This class is for all abilities. Please feel free to adjust exercises to match your own ability. Winner of the 2024 International Saxophone Symposium Jazz Saxophone Competition\, Griffith has had the pleasure of working and performing with national and international jazz icons such as Dayna Stephens\, Terri Lyne Carrington\, Dick Oatts\, David Virelles\, Kirk MacDonald\, Mike Downes and more. Set to release his debut album in the fall of 2024\, Griffith is also a highly in-demand side-person.
