Our FREE Fitness Classes in St. James Park on the grassy area behind the Michael Comstock Pavillion include 3 weeks of NIA Dance (July 8th, 15th and 22nd), 3 weeks of Yoga (July 29th, August 5th and 12th), and 2 weeks of Boot Camp (August 19th and 26th.)
All classes are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Nia Dance is a fun form of exercise, expression and is open to all levels. Come experience it for yourself! Classes will be led by Martha Randall, @niawithmartha, martharandall.com.
Yoga/Pilates includes slow yoga movements and deep breathing combined with beginners pilates. Come get your blood flowing, stretch and build strength! (Please bring your own yoga mat.) Classes will be led by Ciara McKell, @ciarakathleen_.
Boot Camp includes a range of cardio, strength training, and speed exercises all in one session. This class is for all abilities. Please feel free to adjust exercises to match your own ability. Classes will be led by Courtney Dyke-Elliott, @islandgyal_fit, islandgyalfit.com.
