I Heart Market Street, Old Town Toronto’s free urban park, welcomes talented local musicians to our street stage, located on Market Street, just north of The Esplanade. (All performances are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.)
Bio: Michelle Treacy, a pioneering queer artist from Ottawa, began her musical journey with an impromptu duet alongside Lady Gaga during the ArtRave tour in Montreal. With millions of Spotify streams and a major label deal, her breakout single “Armageddon” spent 16 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Winning CTV’s The Launch and collaborating with Nile Rodgers on “Emotional” showcased her versatility. In 2024, she earned a golden ticket on American Idol. Beyond music, Michelle is a mental health and anti bullying advocate making her an inspiring figure in the industry.
