I Heart Market Street Music Series Presents Seyblu

I Heart Market Street, Old Town Toronto’s free urban park, welcomes talented local musicians to our street stage, located on Market Street, just north of The Esplanade. (All performances are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.)

Artist Bio: Living-room soul vibes emanate from Seyblu as she sweeps you away with a pure R&B tone and softly controlled vocal runs. Seyblu captivates audiences with her remarkable talent as a jazz vocalist who skillfully merges elements of jazz and R&B in her songwriting and live show. Formerly known as Chelsey Bennett, she built her reputation through regular performances at Poetry Jazz Cafe, ROM’s Friday Night Live, and venues across Ontario and Quebec. With over 10K followers online, her bold style and captivating live shows reflect a diverse femme community. Seyblu is now working on her debut full-length album with producer Scott MacCannell, set for release in summer 2025.
