Artist Bios:
Andrew Marzotto: After graduating from Berklee in 2016 with a full scholarship, Andrew became involved in the Toronto music scene, accompanying world-class artists and vocalists such as Justin Nozuka, Joanna Majoko, Dayna Stephens and Jesse Ryan, to name a few. With Justin Nozuka, he had the opportunity to tour extensively throughout Europe, the United States and Canada. He has honed his teaching methods and has developed a strong group of students from Toronto and around the world.
As a session musician, Andrew has contributed to many albums, ranging from award-winning rap to cutting edge modern Jazz.
He is currently working on an album of his own featuring original compositions.

Jonathan Chapman: Award-winning bassist, Jonathan Chapman, stands strong as a multidimensional artist. Functioning as a bassist, composer, and bandleader, Jonathan aims to deliver coherent music that challenges any listener to rewarding depths.
Currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Jonathan has become a welcomed asset to the music scene. He has performed with an extensive list of artists including; Dave Liebman, George Garzone, Jerry Bergonzi, Kirk MacDonald, Jason Palmer, Darren Barrett, Christine Jensen, Joel Miller, Joe Sullivan, Kevin Dean, and Andre White, among many others. Jonathan graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA (2012-2016) where he studied on a full-tuition scholarship. In 2018, he earned a M.Mus from the Schulich School of Music at McGill University.
Ale Nunez: Ale Avery Nunez, a 22 year old Canadian vocalist, songwriter and band-leader based in Toronto, has exploded onto the Jazz scene, where you can see her perform regularly at places like The Jazz Bistro, Drom Taberna and The Emmet Ray in Toronto as well as Manhattans in Guelph to name a few. Ale loves to share her passion for Jazz and all genres of music in every performance, drawing her audience in, having them hanging on to every note. Her voice is uniquely her own yet reminiscent of artists such as Carmen McRae, Etta Jones, Sarah Vaughan and Julie London. When she is not gigging, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Music Degree at Humber College. She recently first-place in the 2022 “Doc Awards” as part of the Etobicoke Jazz Festival and recently performed at Humber College’s 50th Anniversary. Ale is excited to be recording original music this year.
