Hosted by actor/entertainer Nathan Manning aka @thesociablehost, The Corner Place trivia runs the gamut from pop culture and history, to Family Feud-style smackdowns. The first-place team wins a $50 bar tab, so put on your drinking cap (erm, or thinking cap) and swing by to test your smarts. C’est What?, the go-to haunt for great pub grub and solid craft taps, now hosts biweekly Wednesday trivia nights! Alternating Wednesdays at 7 p.m., bring your brain-trust team for the chance to win glory, bragging rights, and beer prizes! For the summer months, enjoy trivia on the gorgeous C’est What? Beer Garden. From October on the game is moved into their iconic cellar. Be sure to follow @cestwhatto on Instagram for trivia night dates – and arrive early to grab a spot as they’re walk-in only. Calling all crooners: Mondays at Bar Cathedral are Open Mic Night, starting at 8 p.m. There’s no fee to enter, just a $10 minimum spend. Sign-up is first-come-first-serve. Musicians, poets, and comics are all welcome at every skill level. If you’re more interested in shaking your groove thing, the last Thursday of every month features a themed dance party.
