Pre-Registration is required by Sun Nov 15, 2026.
Before registering, use the map below to double check that your business or commercial property is located within our boundaries. If you are not located within the boundaries, or are a special guest, you will simply identify as “Guest” when registering.
Once registered, watch for a confirmation email containing a link to documents you may wish to review before the meeting. Confirmations are sent typically within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Board of Management Nomination Forms
Nominations are now being accepted (until Wed Nov 11, 2026) for our volunteer Board of Management (2027–2030 term). To nominate yourself, please download and complete the nomination form and email to StephenM@oldtowntoronto.ca. Forms must be received by Wed Nov 11th, 2026. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
