DIY Mask spray using essential oils to bring relief and ease breathing
As our lives have changed with COVID 19, lets spend some time discussing and exploring the benefits of a mask spray! We can bring some relief to ourselves while breathing easy with different essential oils, supporting our respiratory system and moods with simple steps. We will discover the beauty of scents and how calming and refreshing they can be!
For this workshop, we are going to mail you a mask spray kit of your own. At time of check out, be sure to include your full mailing address. The workshop will be hosted on Webex and the link/info will automatically be sent to you 1 hour prior to the event. If you’re on a computer/laptop, your system may ask you to download a temporary file – do that and open the file to launch the application on your desktop. Our 5-week program includes:
– A 90-minute initial assessment including a discussion of your fitness goals along with a detailed assessment of your body. This will inform us on your baseline strength, mobility, and muscle imbalances, as well as uncover any hidden injuries or potential risk of injuries.
– Four 60-minute weekly, 1-on-1 training sessions with the physiotherapist.
– An individualized training program including home strength and mobility workouts.
– Week-to-week tracking of your progress and goals.
– All sessions at our convenient downtown location at Adelaide & Sherbourne.
This program is great for all ages and fitness levels and is personalized to your specific goals and needs. This service can be covered under your extended health benefits for physiotherapy and is a great, cost-effective way to improve your overall health!
This program is offered by Trilogy Physiotherapist Brian Kim, who started his career as a personal trainer and kinesiologist. He has extensive experience with weightlifting, including olympic and powerlifting.
